Return and Refund Policy
- Return & Exchange Policy for Screen Printed Goods
- Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product or an error in printing that was our fault.
- What qualifies for a return or exchange:
- Wrong design, color, or size due to our error
- Misprints or product defects
- Damaged goods upon arrival
- What doesn’t qualify:
- Customer-provided artwork errors (misspellings, incorrect sizing, low-resolution files)
- Minor color variations due to screen calibration or printing processes
- Orders canceled after printing has begun
- How to request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If approved, we will replace the item or offer a refund/store credit.
- Shipping:
- Return shipping for approved claims is covered by us.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
